ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY ISSUES

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

This only applies when the customer is responsible for the failed delivery.

No deduction will be applied if the error lies with the company or the shipping carrier.
